SUPPORT INDEPENDENT LIVING AND RESPITE CARE

We are delighted to announce our new 24/7 support for our clients with a capacity of three participants in a shared living arrangement.

Additional options:
  • Fee transport to and from appointments no Km is charged
  • Arranging and maintaining medical appointments with GP and medical specialist.
  • RN on site, to ensure medication compliance and regularly review of client's health i.e., diet, allergies, mental health in the group home, Overnight Active support
  • We have good system for disaster and any other emergencies in place
  • Meal preparation and swallowing assessment is done during the intake process
  • cctv High security cameras and measures in place.
  • We have a good board rate which cover grocery and rent for $500 a fortnight across all our group homes
  • We keep the family and all stake holders informed about the client's wellbeing and regular progress notes and summaries
  • Registered to implement restrictive practices
